Our vision is a community of support for foster families and children.
The kindness Project is a fully donation-based, volunteer-driven, 501(c)3 non-profit organization (EIN 84-2299018).

THE NEED

For children and teens, we hope that providing them with a choice of what they can wear or play with will support their self-esteem, dignity, and confidence during this time.

Children are often placed into foster care with no personal items.
Through our boutique, The Kindness Exchange, located in Emmaus, PA, youth are provided with stylish new or like-new clothes and personal items to help meet their most immediate needs.

Private donors and community business partners are the lifeblood of our support. What we love most about The Kindness Project is that it is a true, grassroots community effort!

The Kindness Project would not exist without our passionate volunteers. We welcome individuals, faith-based groups, Scouts, schools, civic groups, or anyone who would like to lend a helping hand in supporting the many foster care families in and around the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Region.
